Spicy Bourbon Pork Tenderloin

  • 2 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 cup Bourbon
  • 3 tsp Mill Gap Farms Organic Maple Syrup
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Ghost Pepper Powder
  • Black Pepper


Combine all ingredients except pork. Slice pork and marinate in the mixture a few hours. Pan fry the pork tenderloins over medium heat until done. Pour remaining marinade into pan and scrape any drippings and cook off the alcohol. Serve over pork.
